My wife and I retired and made the decision to move to Roswell, NM. Bill Davis was our agent in Roswell and he communicated with us on the internet and phone, even before we had met in person. We made several trips to Roswell and Bill was extremely helpful in showing us homes within our price range, sometimes rearranging his schedule to help us. He also came after hours to open the house we found, so our inspector could get in to see the house. Buying a home in town that is 200 miles away is hard, but Bill Davis was always there working for us. We made many calls, and he always answered our many questions and returned our calls.

Thanks for all your help in finding a place to board our horses and getting us moved down from Colorado. You seemed to understand just what we were looking for in a new home.
